Warehouse Worker (Order Picking), Białystok

We are looking:

andidates who are ready for physical work.

Knowledge of languages:

Knowledge of one of the following languages: Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, or English.

Experience:

No experience required.

The job involves selecting goods according to the order. All product information is provided through headphones (in Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, or English). The worker drives a forklift through the warehouse and picks the goods.

Requirements
  • Forklift Certification

    If you do not have the certification, we provide training at the workplace.
    The cost of the training is 150 PLN (this can be deducted from the first paycheck).

  • Valid Sanitary Book

    If you do not have a sanitary book, we assist with obtaining one when applying for the job. The cost is 90 PLN.

  • Safety Shoes with Metal Toe Cap

    You can purchase them yourself from specialized workwear stores, or you can buy them from us.

Work schedule

Dry Section

Two shifts, no choice of shift.

(One week – day shift, the following week – night shift):

Sunday – Friday

Day shift:

14:00 – 22:00 (8 hours);
14:00 – 02:00 (12 hours).

Night shift:

18:00 (or 22:00) – 06:00 (depending on the employee’s experience).

Day off: Saturday

The work on Sunday starts according to the shift determined by the warehouse manager.

Cold Storage

(Temperature: +2°C — +9°C)

Two shifts, no choice of shift.

(One week – day shift, the following week – night shift):

Sunday – Friday

Day shift:

14:00 – 22:00 (8 hours);
14:00 – 02:00 (12 hours).

Night shift:

18:00 (or 22:00) – 06:00 (depending on the employee’s experience).

Day off: Saturday

The work on Sunday starts according to the shift determined by the warehouse manager.

200-220 working hours per month.

Break Time:

  • 8-hour shift: 20 minutes;
  • 12-hour shift: +10 minutes.
Attention

The weight of the goods being lifted can reach up to 15 kg (e.g., packs of beer).

Accommodation

400 PLN/month.

Accommodation is provided in apartments or houses (2-4 people per room), couples get separate rooms.

All necessary conditions for a comfortable stay are provided!

Workwear

The employer provides a vest, work badge, and helmet (details should be checked with the recruiter).

For work in the FRESH section, employees must have their own warm clothes.

Transport

Free company transport is provided.

Meals

The employer provides hot meals for employees working in the FRESH section.

Salary

28.10 – 39.00 PLN/hour (gross).

Net:

– Student (under 26 years old):

28.10 – 39.00 PLN/hour.

– Polish resident (living in Poland for more than 183 days in a calendar year):

20.30 – 28.17 PLN/hour.

– Candidates with a tax residency certificate from their home country (first 183 days in Poland in a calendar year):

22.69 – 31.49 PLN/hour.

*Tax residency certificate (from the candidate’s home country) exempts from double taxation (Convention of 12.01.1993). The certificate can be obtained free of charge from the Tax Office in the place of registration. The cost in Poland is about 200 PLN with a notarial translation into Polish.

  • Night Shift Bonus

    We pay an additional 3.80 – 4.60 PLN/hour (gross) for night shifts.

  • Performance = Rate

    As your performance increases, so does your hourly rate.

  • Advances

    You can receive an advance payment after just 14 days of work!

The average salary of our employees is 5500 PLN – 8500 PLN.

We pay attention

The first two days (training and safety instructions) are unpaid.
